2. Let your friends know we'll be contacting them.

3. Your friend hires us to build their new outdoor living project.

4. Your friend pays the deposit to get started.

5. We send you $1,000!​

Program Details

Eligibility
Anyone over 18 can join the Apex Referral Program, except Apex employees, their affiliates, and immediate family members.

Referral Qualification
A referral counts only if it results in a signed contract, the first material order is delivered on-site, and Apex receives the initial deposit from the referral client.
 

Payment

Referral fees are issued within 14 days after the Referral Qualification above is met.  Payment methods include check or direct deposit.

 

Limitations

There is no restriction on the number of referrals an individual may submit.  If you have more than one referral click the button below for multiple submissions.

 

 

 

Modification and Termination

Apex may change, modify, or terminate the Customer Referral Program, including its structure, payment, and/or terms at any time without notice.

Tax Liability

Recipients are solely responsible for any tax liabilities associated with referral fees.  A 1099 Form must be completed before the referral fee(s) can be distributed.  It is recommended that participants consult tax professionals regarding referral rewards.

 

Liability

Apex is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Referral Program, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or other legal theory.

Governing Law

The Referral Program is governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes related to the program will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Harris County, Texas, USA.
